摘要
目的:探讨正念水平对大学生睡眠质量的影响路径。方法:采用儿童青少年正念量表、消极注意偏向量表、就寝拖延量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表对924名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)相关分析显示,正念与消极注意偏向、就寝拖延、睡眠质量两两之间呈显著负相关(r=-0.63,-0.28,-0.39;P<0.01);消极注意偏向、就寝拖延、睡眠质量两两之间呈显著正相关(r=0.35,0.34,0.40;P<0.01);(2)中介分析表明,在控制性别、年龄后,正念对睡眠质量具有显著的负向预测作用,就寝拖延在其中的中介作用显著,且消极注意偏向及就寝拖延的链式中介作用显著。结论:正念水平既可以直接预测大学生睡眠质量,又可以通过降低消极注意偏向、减少就寝拖延行为提高其睡眠质量。
Objective:To clarify the mechanism of the effect of mindfulness on sleep quality,this study constructs a chain mediation model to investigate the mediating effects of negative attentional bias and bedtime procrastination.Methods:Taking 924 college students as subjects,the questionnaires were used to investigate their mindfulness,negative attentional bias,bedtime procrastination and sleep quality.Results:①Correlation analysis showed that there were significantly negative correlation between mindfulness,negative attentional bias,bedtime procrastination,and sleep quality(r=-0.63,-0.28,-0.39;P<0.01),and positive correlations between negative attentional bias,bedtime procrastination and sleep quality(r=0.35,0.34,0.40;P<0.01);②After controlling for gender and age,mindfulness had a significantly negatively predictive effect on sleep quality,the mediating effect of bedtime procrastination was significant,and the chain mediating effect of negative attentional bias and bedtime procrastination was significant.Conclusion:Mindfulness can not only directly affect sleep quality,but also indirectly affect sleep quality through the single mediating effect of bedtime procrastination and the chain mediating effect of negative attentional bias→bedtime procrastination.
