基于直觉模糊聚合方法的福建省空气质量评价 被引量:1

Air Quality Evaluation in Fujian Province Based on Intuitionistic Fuzzy Aggregation Method

摘要 根据中国空气质量在线监测分析平台的监测数据,选取PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)、SO_(2)、CO、O_(3)、NO_(2)共6种污染物作为空气质量评价指标,利用直觉模糊聚合方法对福建省9个地级市近8年(2015~2022)的空气质量总体情况进行了综合评价。结果表明:福建省空气质量综合水平得分排序为福州市>南平市>宁德市>莆田市>厦门市>龙岩市>泉州市>三明市>漳州市。福建省空气质量综合水平在空间分布上具有由东北向西南下降的特点。福州市的空气质量在福建省内排名第1,直觉模糊综合得分为0.6021,在SO_(2)的污染物浓度防治上具有较为显著的优势。而排名靠后的三明市与漳州市综合得分分别为0.1885与0.1063。为此,提出了建议:三明市应重点控制CO排放量,减少煤炭燃烧等造成的碳排放污染,改变能源结构;漳州市应严格控制以燃煤电厂为主的固定排放源,减少氮氧化物的排放。 Based on the monitoring data from China's air quality online monitoring and analysis platform,a total of six pollutants,PM_(2.5),PM_(10),SO_(2),CO,O_(3) and NO_(2),were selected as air quality evaluation indicators,and the intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation method was used to comprehensively evaluate the overall air quality of nine prefecture-level cities in Fujian Province in the past eight years(2015~2022).The results show that the ranking of air quality integrated level scores in Fujian Province is Fuzhou City>Nanping City>Ningde City>Putian City>Xiamen City>Longyan City>Quanzhou City>Sanming City>Zhangzhou City.The spatial distribution of the integrated air quality level in Fujian Province has the characteristic of decreasing from northeast to southwest.Fuzhou City ranks first in Fujian Province in terms of air quality,with an intuitive fuzzy composite score of 0.6021,and has a more significant advantage in the prevention and control of pollutant concentrations of SO_(2).Sanming City and Zhangzhou City,which are ranked behind,have an integrated score of 0.1885 and 0.1063,respectively.Sanming City should focus on controlling CO emissions,reducing carbon emission pollution caused by coal combustion,etc.,and changing the energy structure,while Zhangzhou City should strictly control the fixed emission sources mainly from coal-fired power plants to reduce NO x emissions.
