摘要
甾体化合物是一种构造很特别的非人工产物,普遍存在于自然界中。天然甾体化合物被视作很重要的一类化合物,现今用于临床治疗的甾体药物有150多种,进行安全性或临床研究的就有50多种。通过查阅文献,总结了近些年植物天然甾体化合物开发方面取得的研究成果,分别对强心苷类、甾体皂苷类和植物甾醇类的化合物的结构特点、提取和活性机理进行了分析,为天然甾体的研究提供想法和方向。
Steroid is a kind of non-artificial product with special structure,which exists widely in nature.Natural steroids are regarded as a very important class of compounds.At present,there are more than 150 steroidal drugs used for clinical treatment,and more than 50 for safety or clinical research.In this paper,the research achievements in natural steroids in recent years were summarized by consulting literature,and the production,structural characteristics,extraction and activity mechanism of cardiac glycosides,steroidal saponins and phytosterols were analyzed respectively,which provided ideas and directions for future research on natural steroids.
