摘要
高校网络意识形态安全对青年大学生的成长成才,高校的建设、国家的稳定及社会的进步有着举足轻重的作用。新时代面临境外意识形态渗透愈加隐蔽多端、主流意识形态话语权被削弱、传统思想政治教育“供需失衡”、高校意识形态监管难度增大等诸多挑战,为有效应对风险挑战,高校应优化网络意识形态安全的顶层设计,筑牢高校网络意识形态安全的防护墙,通过巩固价值引领、融合现代化信息技术、建立预警机制、创新教育手段等,协同推进高校网络意识形态安全建设。
College network ideological security plays an important role in the growth of young college students,the construction of colleges and universities,the stability of the country and the progress of society.It is facing many challenges in the new era,such as the increasingly hidden and multi-faceted infiltration of overseas ideology,the weakening of the discourse power of mainstream ideology,the"imbalance between supply and demand"of traditional ideological and political education,and the increasing difficulty of ideological supervision in colleges and universities.In order to effectively deal with the ideological security risk challenge,colleges and universities should pay attention to the network ideological security,create a clean and positive cyberspace,build a protective wall for the network ideological security of colleges and universities,and jointly promote the construction of network ideological security of colleges and universities by consolidating value guidance,integrating modern information technology,establishing warning mechanism and innovating educational means.
