摘要
中国共产党成立初期,革命根据地的治理为新中国成立后党领导人民治理国家提供了宝贵的经验,新中国国家治理模式经历了从“管理”到“治理”理念的更新,从“单一”到“多元”治理主体的演变,从“平面化”到“立体化”的制度构建,把国家治理体系和治理能力推向了新的发展阶段。理念、主体、制度作为国家治理中三个最为关键的要素,对我们党在百年未有之大变局中坚定前进道路,不断开创国家治理新格局具有重大意义。
In the early days of the founding of the Communist Party of China,the governance of the revolutionary bases provided valuable experience for the Party to lead the people to govern the country after the founding of the People's Republic of China.The national governance model of New China has undergone an update from the concept of"management"to"governance",an evolution from"single"to"diverse"governance entities,and an institutional construction from"flat"to"three-dimensional",pushing the national governance system and governance capabilities to a new stage of development.The concept,subject,and system,as the three most crucial elements in national governance,are of great significance for our Party to firmly advance in the unprecedented changes in a century and continuously create new patterns of national governance.
