摘要
物证鉴定情报扩展了传统法庭科学服务的局限性,无缝链接刑事侦查、情报服务、庭审证据三大领域。法证痕迹、法庭科学、情报主导警务等理论是物证鉴定情报概念的产生基础。物证鉴定情报与情报主导警务的关系表现为:物证鉴定情报属于情报主导警务的构成部分与侦查工具,情报主导警务属于物证鉴定情报的信息服务范围。物证鉴定情报与法庭科学的关系表现为:物证鉴定情报是法庭科学的子学科;法庭科学作为物证鉴定情报的信息源,为其发展创造条件。物证鉴定情报是法庭科学与情报主导警务二者融合的时代产物,其从业者从犯罪现场收集、整合处理以及解析法证痕迹,生成战略层、行动层、战术层级的物证鉴定情报产品来支持警务决策以预防打击犯罪。
Forensic intelligence has expanded the traditional forensic scientific service limitations,which seamlessly links criminal investigation,intelligence services,and trial evidence in three major fields.Theories such as forensic traces,forensic science,and intelligence-led policing are the basis for the concept of forensic intelligence.The relationship between forensic intelligence and intelligence-led policing is manifested as follows:forensic intelligence belongs to the components and investigative tools of intelligence-led policing,and it belongs to the information service scope of forensic intelligence,the relationship between forensic intelligence and forensic science is manifested as follows:forensic intelligence as a sub-discipline of forensic science,and it as a source of information for forensic intelligence,which creates conditions for the development of forensic intelligence.It is the product of the fusion of forensic science and intelligenceled policing,in order to prevent and combat crime,forensic intelligence practitioners collect,integrate and process forensic traces from crime scenes,the operational and tactical forensic intelligence products are generated to support policing decision.
