摘要
针对传统电机控制器测试方案存在灵活性低、成本高等问题,本文提出一种电机模拟器硬件在环仿真测试方法。该方法利用功率变换器模拟电机的电气特性,基于OPAL-RT电力电子解算器的电机半实物仿真,可以更好地模拟电机电气特性,解决了无真实电机情况下的电机功率器件仿真问题。仿真结果表明,电机模拟器能够很好地跟踪电机的运行电流,从而模拟电机运行状态。
Aiming at the problems of low flexibility and high cost in traditional motor controller test scheme,this paper proposes a hardware-in-loop simulation test method for motor simulator.This method uses power converter to simulate the electrical characteristics of the motor.The semi-physical simulation of the motor based on OPAL-RT power electronic solver can better simulate the electrical characteristics of the motor and solve the problem of motor power device simulation without real motor.The simulation result shows that the motor simulator can well track the running current of the motor and simulate the running state of the motor.
