摘要
当前我国在各行各业中大力弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神和工匠精神,工匠精神这一优秀传统文化精神在新时代正重新焕发着生机和活力。文章基于职业院校测绘技能大赛总结了新时代职业院校培育工匠精神的意义,提出了当前职业院校工匠精神培育中存在的问题及解决方法;同时通过剖析测绘技能大赛各赛项中蕴含的工匠精神,提出基于测绘技能大赛培育工匠精神的策略及实践经验总结。
At present,the spirit of model worders,the spirit of labor and the spirit of craftsman are promoted in all walks of life in China.Craftsmanship spirit,the spirit of China’s great traditional culture,is gaining new vigor and vitality in the new era.Based on the surveying and mapping skills competition,the paper summarizes the significance of cultivating craftsmanship spirti in vocational colleges in the new era and puts forward the problems and solutions in the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in current cocational colleges.Meanwhile,it proposes the strategy and practical experience summary of cultivating the craftsmanship spirit based on the analysis of the craftsmanship spirit contained in each competition of the surveying and mapping skills competition.
