摘要 为提高接触网运行的安全性和稳定性,需有效预估接触网绝缘子的表面污秽程度,而监测绝缘子表面泄漏电流是其最直接、最有效,也便于连续实时监测的方法。设计一套基于ARM操作系统的接触网绝缘子监测装置。利用高精度泄漏电流传感器并考虑环境温湿度来预估绝缘子污秽程度,以此作为判断绝缘子是否需要清洗的依据。该装置最终通过人工污秽实验室进行污秽实验,得到湿度与泄漏电流的耦合关系以及较准确的污秽等级评价体系,为预估绝缘子性能提供了有效的参考依据。 To improve the safety and stability of the catenary operation,it is necessary to effectively estimate the surface contamination level of the catenary insulators,and monitoring the insulator surface leakage current is the most direct and effective method,which is also convenient for continuous real-time monitoring.In this paper a set of monitoring device for catenary insulator leakage current based on ARM is designed.The leakage current and ambient humidity are collected by high-precision sensors to predict the pollution degree of insulators,which can be used to determine whether insulators need to be cleaned.Finally,the device conducts pollution experiments in an artificial pollution laboratory to obtain the coupling relationship between humidity and leakage current,as well as a more accurate pollution level evaluation system,providing an effective reference basis for evaluating the insulator performance.
