摘要
“:互联网+”的应用有利于主动健康理念融入社区健康管理服务。与传统的社区健康管理服务相比“,互联网+社区健康管理”能够提供连续动态的健康监测,助力健康风险的精准评估,有助于提升全民健康素养,实现个性化的精准健康干预。目前,由于政府顶层设计尚需完善,供方服务供给能力有待提高,需方服务使用意愿不足,“互联网+”与社区健康管理的全面融合仍然面临着诸多挑战。为优化“互联网+社区健康管理”,应从政策体系、法律法规、行业规范上进一步完善顶层设计,通过加强社会参与、人员能力建设、内涵建设进一步提高供方服务供给能力,通过健康知识及互联网知识的教育和培训、以需求为导向开发软硬件产品,进一步改善需方意愿,不断推进社区健康管理服务的高质量发展。
“Internet+”is conducive to integrating active health concepts into community health management services.Compared with traditional community health management services,“Internet+community health management”can provide continuous and dynamic health monitoring,facilitate the accurate assessment of health risks,and help improve the health literacy among the whole population to achieve personalized and accurate health interventions.At present,the capacity of the supply side and the willingness of the demand side to use the service is still insufficient due to the imperfect top⁃level design of the government.The comprehensive integration of“Internet+”and community health management still faces many challenges.To optimize the“Internet+community health management”,we should further improve the top⁃level design based on the policy system,laws,regulations,and industry norms.Through strengthening social participation,personnel capacity building,and connotation construction to enhance the supply⁃side service capacity further.Through health and Internet knowledge education and training,offering demand⁃oriented development of software and hardware products to improve the willingness of the demand⁃side to promote the high⁃quality development of community health management services continuously.
