摘要
为探究重大公共卫生事件下的大学生心理危机现状及家庭影响因素,提升大学生心理危机干预成效,采用随机抽样的方式,在江苏省内高校收集了879份有效大学生网络调查问卷,利用SPSS软件进行数据分析。研究发现,冷淡和对抗的家庭氛围、专制型和放任型的家庭教养方式、拘束和冲突的家庭相处方式是大学生心理危机的重要风险因素。冷淡、对抗的家庭氛围不利于大学生对重大公共卫生事件的认知,拘束、冲突的家庭相处方式不利于重大公共卫生事件和心理危机知识的认知,增加心理危机问题产生的风险。因此,重大公共卫生事件背景下应高度重视家庭因素的负向影响,建立重点关注学生心理档案;强化家校沟通质量,提升家校合育成效;多措并举转换教育理念,营造良好家庭环境,增强心理危机干预的实效性。
The present study adopted a random sampling method to collect 879 valid online questionnaires from college students in Jiangsu Province,and used SPSS software for data analysis.The study aims to explore the current state of college students’psychological crisis and its family influencing factors under major public health events to improve the effectiveness of college students’psychological crisis intervention.The study found that cold and confrontational family atmosphere,authoritarian and permissive parenting style,constraint and conflict are important risk factors affecting the psychological crisis of college students.The cold and confrontational family atmosphere negatively affect major public health events,the restricted and conflicted family relationship negatively affect college students’awareness of major public health events and psychological crisis knowledge while also increase the risk of psychological crisis.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the impact of family factors on college students’psychological crisis in the context of major public health events,focus on students who are experiencing family caused psychological crisis,strengthen family school education and enhance the positive shaping of family environment on college students’mental health and reinforce the effectiveness of psychological crisis intervention.
