摘要
以古籍文献及现代研究为基础,探讨“肾藏精主骨生髓”理论与脊髓型颈椎病发病的病因病机,阐明“补肾益髓”法治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效,探索有效的中医药防治方案,发挥中医药治疗脊髓型颈椎病的独特优势,为中医药防治该病提供借鉴及理论参考。
The paper discusses the theory of"kidney storing essence,dominating bone and producing marrow",the cause and the pathogenesis of cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM)based on ancient books and modern researches,illustrates clinical effects of"invigorating kidney and supplementing marrow"method in the treatment of CSM,and explores the effective TCM preventive and treatment plan,exerting the unique advantages of TCM therapy for CSM,which could provide the reference and theoretical reference for the prevention and treatment of CSM with TCM.
