W含量对Ti-48Al合金组织及力学性能影响

Effects of W Content on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Ti-48AI Alloy

摘要 采用真空电弧熔炼技术制备了Ti-48Al-xW合金,研究了W含量对Ti-48Al合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加W元素后,合金组织为典型的树枝晶形貌,在枝晶内部有B2相析出。随着W含量增加,树枝晶组织逐渐细化,B2相体积分数也逐渐增加。室温压缩试验结果表明,合金的抗压强度和压缩率随W含量的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势。其中,W含量为4%的合金压缩强度最高,为1 750.07 MPa, W含量为2%的合金压缩率最优,为29.15%。 Effects of W content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-48Al alloy fabricated by vacuum arc melting were investigated.The results indicate that the alloy is characterized by typical dendrite morphology with B2 phase precipitation inside after W addition.With the increase of W content,the dendritic structure is gradually refined and the volume fraction of B2 phase is gradually increased.The room-temperature compression test results reveal that the compressive strength and compressibility of the alloy present a trend of increasing firstly and then decreasing with the increase of W content,where the compressive strength of 4%W alloy reaches 1750.07MPa,andtheoptimal compressibilityis29.15%.
