摘要
[目的]研究海南6地区百香果黄胸蓟马对5种常用杀虫剂的抗药性。[方法]采用浸叶法和叶管药膜法进行室内生物活性测定。[结果]蓟马对5种杀虫剂的抗性均上升,倍数均增加,敏感性表现为虫螨腈>螺虫乙酯>甲维盐>啶虫脒>联苯菊酯。6地抗性变化表现为琼中和琼海<临高和陵水<乐东和东方。[结论]蓟马对5种药剂均产生抗药性,虫螨腈和螺虫乙酯仍可作为有效药剂,甲维盐、啶虫脒和联苯菊酯应控制使用,且应与其他杀虫剂交替使用。
[Aims]To understand the resistance level of Thrips hawaiiensis Morgan to 5 commonly used pesticides on Hainan Passiflora edulis in 6 areas.[Methods]Leaf dipping method and leaf-tube residue method were used to determine the indoor bioactivities.[Results]Resistance of thrips to 5 insecticides showed an upward trend.The resistance ratios increased.Performance of the susceptibility was as follows:chlorfenapyr>spirotetramat>emamectin benzoate>acetamiprid>bifenthrin.Resistance changes in the 6 regions was as follows:Qiongzhong and Qionghai<Lingao and Lingshui<Ledong and Dongfang.[Conclusions]Thrips are resistant to 5 insecticides.Chlorfenapyr and spirotetramat can still be used as effective agents for the control of T.hawaiiensis Morgan on Hainan P.edulis.Emamectin benzoate,acetamiprid and bifenthrin should be used under control in the field and in rotation with other types of insecticides to delay the development of insecticide resistance.
