摘要
目的探讨糖尿病足(diabetic foot ulcer,DFU)患者应用中医综合护理取得的效果。方法选取2021年1—12月福建省光泽县中医院收治的98例DFU患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(49例)与研究组(49例)。对照组采取常规护理,研究组在此基础上应用中医综合护理措施。针对两组心理状况、糖尿病足愈合时间、生活质量以及护理满意度进行观察与比较。结果干预前,两组SAS与SDS比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组SAS与SDS均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组DFU愈合时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组GQOL-74问卷评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组GQOL-74问卷评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DFU患者应用中医综合护理能够取得较为满意的效果,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing for patients with diabetic foot(DFU).Methods 98 cases of DFU patients admitted to Fujian Guangze County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected as research subjects and divided into control group(49 cases)and study group(49 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group took routine nursing,and the study group applied TCM comprehensive nursing measures on this basis.The psychological status,healing time of diabetic foot,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The DFU healing time in the study group was shorter than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference of GQOL-74 questionnaire scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the GQOL-74 questionnaire score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM comprehensive nursing for DFU patients can achieve satisfactory results,which has the value of clinical promotion.
