基于DEM的玉米秸秆揉丝教学实验设计

摘要 为适应新技术在实验教学中的发展要求,丰富实验教学手段,将三维建模技术及计算机辅助工程分析方法融入玉米秸秆揉丝虚拟仿真实验教学过程。采用Solidworks三维建模软件建立9FH-40型玉米秸秆揉丝机结构模型,从定性角度讲解设备结构及工作原理。通过EDEM离散元软件从定量角度分析探究玉米秸秆揉丝破碎过程、锤片受力变化过程及破碎后物料分类三方面内容。实验内容可供学生直观认识设备结构,掌握虚拟仿真技术的实验分析方法,有助于激发学习兴趣,培养创新思维能力。玉米秸秆揉丝虚拟仿真实验丰富了新工科工程实践教学方法。 In order to meet the development requirements of new technology in experimental teaching and enrich experimental teaching methods,3D modeling technology and computer aided engineering analysis method are integrated into the virtual simulation experiment teaching process of maize straw kneading machine.The 9FH-40 type of maize straw kneading machine was established with Solidworks 3D modeling software,and the equipment structure and working principle were explained from the qualitatively view;Through EDEM discrete element software,the process of maize straw kneading and crushing,the change history of hammer force and the classification of materials after kneading were analyzed and explored from the quantitative view.The experimental content can help students intuitively understand the equipment structure,master the experimental analysis method of virtual simulation technology,stimulate learning interest,and cultivate innovative thinking ability.The virtual simulation experiment of maize straw silk kneading enriches the engineering practice teaching method of new engineering.
