摘要
目的:评估血液保障装备的体系贡献率,以优化装备体系能力、提高装备体系效能、促进血液保障装备发展。方法:首先,以典型保障场景为需求牵引,提出血液保障效能层面相关指标;以保障流程为重点,提出装备保障能力层面相关指标。其次,根据指标间的相互关系和体系贡献率的定义,基于系统动力学对血液保障装备进行建模。最后,选取血液保障的典型场景,在构建的系统动力学模型中输入运血车的不同参数,仿真不同能力的运血车的保障效果。结果:运血车车速、运血车和血液方舱一次血液交接时间、运血车和医疗机构一次血液交接时间等参数变化后,根据血液保障消耗时间计算,体系贡献度为2340 min,体系贡献率为23.21%。结论:通过评估血液保障装备的体系贡献率可以明确装备的保障效果,分析出装备能力与体系贡献率的关系,为血液保障装备保障效果的提升提供帮助。
Objective To evaluate the system contribution rate of blood support equipment to optimize the equipment system capabilities,improve the equipment system efficiency and promote the construction and development of blood support equipment.Methods Firstly relevant indicators at the level of blood support effectiveness were proposed based on the typical support scenarios,and the indicators at the level of equipment support capability were put forward with the support process as the focus.Secondly,system dynamics was used for blood support equipment modelling according to interrelationship between the indicators and the definition of the system contribution rate.Typical scenarios of blood support were selected and different parameters of blood transport vehicles were input in the constructed system dynamics model to simulate the support effects of blood transport vehicles with different capabilities to transport blood.Results The system contribution degree and rate were calculated as 2340 min and 23.21%respectively based on the time consumption for blood support after the parameters were changed including the velocity of the blood transport vehicle and time consumption for blood handover between the vehicle and blood shelter or between the vehicle and medical institution.Conclusion Evaluation of the system contribution rate of blood support equipment can clarify the support effect of the equipment,analyze the relationship between the equipment capacity and system contribution rate and enhance the support effect of blood support equipment.
