摘要
大功率冶炼变压器运行状况关系生产线的工作效率,其故障诊断和分析尤为重要。简述精炼炉大功率冶炼变压器故障,说明故障变压器供电系统概况和电能质量主要测试数据,初步判断是由于变压器内部故障引起瓦斯保护正常动作,进一步从炉变油化验台账、精炼炉系统谐振放大倍数、操作过电压、谐波引起变压器绝缘破坏、电压调整、变压器制造工艺分析变压器故障,总结分析结果,给予整改措施。
The fault diagnosis and analysis of high power smelting transformer are very important for the efficiency of production line.The fault of the high⁃power smelting transformer in the refining furnace is briefly described,and the general situation of the power supply system of the faulty transformer and the main test data of power quality are explained.It is preliminarily judged that the normal action of gas protection is caused by the internal fault of the transformer.Further analyze transformer faults from furnace oil test ledger,resonance amplification factor of refining furnace system,operation overvoltage,transformer insulation damage caused by harmonics,voltage adjustment and transformer manu⁃facturing process,summarize the analysis results and give rectification measures.
