北京市典型居住区道路照明公众感知评价及模拟优化 被引量:4

Public Perception Evaluation and Simulation Optimization of Street Lighting in Typical Residential Areas of Beijing

摘要 设计既能满足行人的安全感和舒适感需求,又能节约能源的公共空间照明系统,对于城市管理、运营以及构建节约型社会都具有重大意义。本文综合分析了照明实测数据与公众感知的相关性,构建了公共空间照明安全性评价模型和舒适度评价模型。利用评估模型研究了安全性与舒适度评价随照明属性的变化关系。根据公共照明安全性、舒适度评价模型结合国家道路照明标准,对居住区级道路进行模拟优化设计。结果表明,为保障行人的安全感和舒适感维持在平均水平及以上同时节约能源,环境照度应在6.3~27 lx之间,均匀度应不小于0.27,色温应不大于4445 K,眩光指数应不大于49。以椿树街道为例进行夜间光环境模拟优化后,达到安全性和舒适度评价标准的区域占比分别从优化前的66.43%和62.43%提高到94.54%和94.59%,同时,照明设施的能耗降低了68.42%。 Designing a public space lighting system that can meet the safety and comfort needs of pedestrians while saving energy is of great significance for urban management,operation and the construction of a conservation-oriented society.In this paper,we comprehensively analyze the correlation between the measured lighting data and public perception,and construct a public space lighting safety evaluation model and a comfort evaluation model.The relationship between safety and comfort evaluation with lighting attributes is studied using the evaluation model.According to the public lighting safety and comfort evaluation model combined with the national road lighting standards,the residential area level roads were simulated and optimized for design.The results show that in order to ensure the safety and comfort feelings of pedestrians to be not lower than the average level as well as to save energy,the ambient illuminance should be between 6.3 lx and 27 lx,the uniformity should be not less than 0.27,the color temperature should be not greater than 4445 K,the glare index should be not greater than 49.After the simulation and optimization of the nighttime light environment in Tsubaki Street,for example,the percentage of areas meeting the safety and comfort evaluation criteria increased from 66.43%and 62.43%to 94.54%and 94.59%respectively,while the energy consumption of the lighting facilities was reduced by 68.42%.
