国家森林城市时空格局与区域发展协同性研究 被引量:5

摘要 国家森林城市建设是落实生态文明理念的有效抓手,研究其时空格局与区域协同发展,可为绿色发展和国土空间规划提供方法借鉴和理论依据。本文通过系统梳理国家森林城市发展历程,结合“胡焕庸线”进行空间格局和演进态势分析,同时将2019年森林城市数量分别与2019年的经济发展和2018年绿色发展进行矩阵分析。结果显示:(1)国家森林城市在空间格局上,与“胡焕庸线”存在一定的相关性,呈现分布不均的特点。(2)在发展演化上,东部地区数量增长最快,中部地区次之,西部地区最低。(3)森林城市较多且绿色经济发展较为明显的省份数量占32.3%,总体来说,GDP越高,森林城市数量越多,森林城市数量与经济绿色发展空间分化明显,呈现从东南沿海向西北逐渐递减的态势。研究结果表明绿色发展战略是森林城市建设的有力保障,在未来的森林城市建设中将进一步带动区域协同发展。 National Forest City construction is an effective way to implement the concept of ecological civilization.This paper explores the spatial and temporal pattern distribution law and main influencing factors of China’s National Forest Cities,so as to provide method reference and theoretical basis for green development and land space planning.This research can provide reference of research methods and theoretical basis for green development and land space planning.This paper takes the number of National Forest Cities as the research object.The spatial pattern and evolution trend are analyzed based on“Hu Huanyong line”.At the same time,the number of forest cities in 2019 is respectively analyzed by matrix with the data of economic development in 2019 and green development in 2018.There are three findings:(1)There is a certain correlation between the National Forest City and the“Hu Huanyong Line”in spatial pattern,showing the characteristics of uneven distribution.(2)In terms of development evolution,the number of the eastern region is the fastest growing,followed by the central region and the western region is the lowest.(3)The number of provinces with more forest cities and more obvious green economic development accounted for 32.3%.The number of forest cities and the spatial differentiation of economic green development are obvious,showing a trend of gradual decline from the southeast coast to the northwest.Those results show that green development is the great potential of forest city construction and it will gradually become the leading force in the future forest city construction.
