摘要
智慧图书馆建设是“加快数字化发展,建设数字中国”发展战略的重要部署,也是推进图书馆事业高质量发展的重要内容。文章通过梳理智慧图书馆的发展特点,揭示了馆员知识管理在图书馆智慧化转型中的意义和重要性。在此基础上,文章引入角色认同理论,结合知识管理的过程视角,构建了不同层级馆员的全流程参与框架,即知识识别与激活—知识获取与整合—知识应用与创新—知识效能与评价,以期推动智慧图书馆全面发展。
The construction of smart libraries is an important deployment of the strategy of"accelerating digital development and building a digital China",and it is also the main content of promoting the high-quality development of library industry.By combing the development characteristics of smart libraries,this paper reveals the significance and importance of librarian knowledge management in the smart transformation of libraries.On this basis,the role identity theory is introduced,combined with the process perspective of knowledge management,and the whole process participation framework of librarians at different levels is constructed,namely knowledge identification and activation-knowledge acquisition and integration-knowledge application and innovation-knowledge efficiency and evaluation,so as to promote the comprehensive implementation of smart libraries.
