游戏陪练的情感劳动与情绪劳动:劳动实践、隐性控制与调适机制——一项对MOBA类游戏陪练师的网络民族志考察 被引量:19

摘要 本文从游戏陪练的视角出发,分别展现陪练在情绪劳动和情感劳动过程中的劳动实践,并结合实证材料分析劳动者的主观体验与劳动控制的关系,以展现劳动控制方式发生的变化。通过对游戏陪练的深度访谈,本文发现在情绪劳动中,游戏陪练依旧会发生一定程度的情绪耗竭,并且深层表演更深地嵌入日常生活中。不过,在数字技术的影响下,游戏陪练能够主动进行审美劳动、经营顾客,深度掌握劳动过程并降低劳动强度,同时借助游戏内容和社交产生的游戏体验,一定程度上满足了劳动者的情感消费需求,游戏陪练在情感劳动过程中扮演“产消合一者”的角色,劳动者借助消费情感资源完成情感补偿,得以持续性地劳动。尽管游戏陪练获取了一定的主体性,甚至出现“去异化”的趋势,但资本借助情感资源的商品化、去劳动关系化、平台技术霸权等策略,用更隐秘的控制逻辑加强对劳动者情感资源的开发,二者共同构成劳动者情感资源消耗与补充的动态平衡。 From the perspective of game companions,this paper presents game companion's labor practice in the process of emotional labor and affective labor respectively,and analyzes the relationship between laborers'subjective experience and labor control with empirical materials,so as to show the changes in the way of labor control.Through the in-depth interview with game companions,this paper finds that in emotional labor,game companions will still suffer from a certain degree of emotional exhaustion,and the deep performance is deeply embedded in daily life.However,under the influence of digital technology,game companions can take the initiative in aesthetic labor,manage customers,deeply grasp the labor process and reduce labor intensity,and meet the affective consumption needs of workers with the help of game experience generated by game content and social interactive.Game companions play the role of"prosumer"in the process of affective labor.With the help of emotional resources of consumption,workers can complete emotional compensation and work continuously.Although game companions have gained a certain subjectivity and even show the trend of"de-alienation",capital has strengthened the development of affective resources of workers with more subtle control logic by means of affective resources commercialization,de-labor relations and platform's technology hegemony,which together constitute a dynamic balance between the consumption and supplement of workers'affective resources.
