摘要
电站锅炉是火力发电厂的主要热力设备之一,其在运行过程中能量的转化效率即为其能效值,能效值的高低直接反映该锅炉的品质。为简便有效地在工程上对燃煤电站锅炉进行评价,以某一蒸汽量为128 t/h的循环流化床锅炉为例,建立了能效评价模型。该模型分别从效率、环境、燃料3个方面对燃煤电站锅炉进行评价,其中效率指标为各能量的热量[火用]与该能量的比值。同时使用模糊综合评价法构建综合评价模型,引入相对劣化度并运用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法确定指标权重。结果表明:该模型对实际锅炉评价较为客观合理,同时该评价模型的指标采集以及计算过程较为简单,能够在工程的角度对燃煤电站锅炉进行评价分析。
The power station boiler is one of the main thermal equipment of the thermal power plant.Its energy conversion efficiency during operation is its energy efficiency value,which directly reflects the quality of the boiler.In order to evaluate the coal-fired power plant boiler in engineering simply and effectively,an energy efficiency evaluation model is established by taking a certain 128t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler as an example.The model is evaluated from three aspects of efficiency,environment and fuel,and the efficiency index is the ratio of heat exergy of each energy to the energy.At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the comprehensive index,the relative inferiority degree is introduced and the weight of the index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method.The results show that the model is objective and reasonable for the evaluation of actual boilers.At the same time,the index collection and calculation process of the evaluation model are relatively simple,which can evaluate and analyze coal-fired power station boilers from the perspective of engineering.
