摘要
本文从理论上探讨了数字普惠金融对乡村振兴的作用机制,并基于2011-2020年省级面板数据,利用双重固定效应模型和空间计量方法就数字普惠金融对乡村振兴的影响进行了实证检验。结果发现:(1)数字普惠金融对乡村振兴具有显著的正向促进作用,且二者之间呈明显的倒U型关系。(2)数字普惠金融在东部和中部地区对乡村振兴的促进作用显著,但在西部地区其激励效应并不明显。(3)数字普惠金融与乡村振兴均具有显著的正向空间依赖性和空间溢出效应。数字普惠金融直接对本地乡村振兴具有明显的促进效应,而对其他地区乡村振兴却产生强烈的挤出效应或竞争效应。本文从释放数字普惠金融红利、优化数字乡村和推动乡村振兴发展等方面提出相关政策建议。
This paper theoretically explores the mechanism of the effect of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization,and empirically tests the impact of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization revitalization based on provincial panel data from 2011-2020 using a dual fixed effects model and spatial econometric methods.The results find that:(1)Digital inclusive finance has a significant positive promotion effect on rural revitalization,and there is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between digital inclusive finance and rural revitalization.(2)Digital inclusive finance has a significant promotion effect on rural revitalization in the eastern and central regions,but its incentive effect is not significant in the western region.(3)Both digital inclusive finance and rural revitalization have significant positive spatial dependence and spatial spillover effects.Digital inclusive finance directly has a significant promotion effect on local rural revitalization,while it has a strong crowding out or competition effect on rural revitalization in other regions.This paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions in terms of releasing digital inclusive finance dividends,optimizing digital countryside and promoting rural revitalization development。
