摘要
ETFE膜材是透明建筑幕墙和建筑屋顶中品质优越的新型材料,具有较好的透光性、延展性、阻燃性能和自洁性,为建筑屋面施工提供一个“开放的空间”的方案。针对某中学教学楼屋面大跨度ETFE膜结构施工,重点介绍该膜结构的施工流程及主要施工工艺,并给出了一些安全环保措施。
ETFE membrane material is a new type of material with superior quality in transparent building curtain wall and building roof,which has good light transmittance,ductility,flame retardancy and self-cleaning,providing an“open space”scheme for building roof construction.Aiming at the construction of large-span ETFE membrane structure on the roof of a middle school teaching building,this paper mainly introduces the construction process and main construction technology of the membrane structure,and gives some safety and environmental protection measures.
