摘要
为研究施工过程中双线矩形顶管下穿富水软弱地层的地表沉降规律,依托扬子江大道工程顶管法施工段,分析了横纵向地表位移监测数据,提出控制地表沉降变形的有效措施,研究结果表明:顶管轴线纵向地表呈现出反复隆沉、沉降回落、线性沉降和沉降稳定的变形趋势,不同地层在线性沉降阶段呈现出的沉降特征略有差异;顶管通过时对断面的横向影响范围约为轴线左右1.5倍~2.3倍开挖面宽度,顶进施工引起的河西地区黏性土层的土体损失率约1.03%;双线近距顶管施工时,需要将先施工顶管给后施工顶管周围土层带来的土体扰动破坏作用考虑在内,做好后施工顶管的轴线控制工作。
In order to study the law of surface settlement and deformation caused by pipe jacking crossing weak watery stratum,based on the pipe jacking construction project of Yangtze River Avenue,this paper analyzes the monitoring values of surface displacement,it also puts forward some effective measures to control the surface subsidence.The results reveal that:The longitudinal surface of the pipe-jacking axis presents a deformation trend of repeated uplift,attenuated subsidence,linear subsidence and stable subsidence,the displacement characteristics of different strata in the linear subsidence stage are slightly different.When pipe jacking machine passes through,the transverse influence range of the cross section is about 1.5~2.3 times the width of the excavation face around the axis,the soil loss rate of the clayed soil in Hexi caused by the jacking construction is about 1.03%.In double-line and short-distanced pipe jacking construction,the soil damage disturbance caused by the first pipe jacking should be taken into account to the construction of second tunnel,so the axis control of the second pipe jacking is significantly essential.
