摘要
以某项目的预制混凝土夹心保温墙板FRP拉结件为例,分别分析了脱模临时状态对FRP拉结件抗拉承载力的要求,吊装临时状态对FRP拉结件抗剪承载力的要求。然后分析了在承载力极限状态验算时,风荷载、多遇地震作用、罕遇地震作用等对FRP拉结件的抗拉及抗剪性能要求,同时还验算了该状态下混凝土的拉剪复合受力状态。最后,介绍了FRP拉结件的设计原则、设计流程及施工流程。研究表明:FRP拉结件可满足预制混凝土夹心保温墙板在不同状态下的抗拉及抗剪承载力要求。
Taking precast concrete sandwich panel as an example,analyzed stripping temporary state of FRP connector tensile capacity;analyzed hoisting temporary state of FRP connector shear capacity.Analyzed ultimate limit states of FRP connector tensile and shear capacity under wind,frequent earthquakes,rare earthquakes.Analyzed tension-shear composite forces of concrete.Finality,introduced design principles,design process,construction process of FRP connector.Research shows that:FRP connector meet the requirements of tensile capacity and shear capacity in different states.
