摘要
乡村振兴离不开人才支撑,尤其需要大批懂技术、会经营、能创业的新型农村电商复合型人才。但目前农村电商从业人员文化素质较低,职业院校电子商务专业人才培养方案与农村电商人才需求不匹配,满足电商从业人员个性化学习的在线课程缺乏,当地政府和龙头电商企业与职业院校合作不深入,存在农户的农产品丰产不增收、贱卖、难卖等问题。为此,构建“政-校-企-村”四方联动机制,发挥各自优势,整合相关资源,实现人才培养与当地经济发展共赢,对促进职业院校专业建设、实现职业教育的高速高质量发展、实现扶贫开发的针对性和有效性都具有很强的现实意义。
The rural revitalization cannot be achieved without the support of talents,especially the need for a large number of new rural e-commerce composite talents who know technology and can operate and start a business.However,at present,the cultural quality of rural e-commerce talents is low,the training program of e-commerce talents in vocational colleges does not match the demand for rural e-commerce talents,there is a lack of online courses to meet the personalized learning of e-commerce practitioners,and the cooperation between local governments,leading e-commerce enterprises and vocational colleges is not deep,so there are problems such as farmers agricultural products being abundant but not increasing incomes,being sold cheaply and being difficult to sell.To this end,it is of great practical significance to build a four-party linkage mechanism of“government-school-enterprise-village”,give full play to their respective advantages,integrate relevant resources and achieve a win-win situation for talent training and local economic development,in order to promote professional development of vocational colleges,realize high speed and high quality development of vocational education,and achieve the relevance and effectiveness of poverty alleviation and development.
