摘要
物流业伴随着信息技术的快速更新迭代进入飞速发展期,技术与物流的融合产生了智慧物流。新发展时期,智慧物流发展要有新思维,衍生出的新需求必然要对应供给进行满足,那么对人才也有了新的需求,因此物流人才培养也应该顺应时代,增强对应用型技术人才的培养。文中对物流业智慧化发展新时期的物流人才需求进行分析,研究当前物流人才培养中的不足,并据此提出促进物流人才培育的对策建议,以期为我国培育物流人才提供思路。
The logistics industry is undergoing rapid development with quick update and iteration of information technology,and the integration of technology and logistics has produced smart logistics.In the new development period,the development of smart logistics needs new thinking,and the derived new demand must be met according to the supply,so there is also a new demand for talents.Therefore,the training of logistics talents should also adapt to the times and enhance the training of applied technical talents.This paper analyzes the needs of logistics talents in the new period of intelligent development of logistics industry and studies the shortcomings of current logistics talents training.Based on this,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the cultivation of logistics talents and expects to provide ideas for the cultivation of logistics talents in China.
