摘要
目的分析紫丹银屑胶囊在血虚风燥型寻常型银屑病中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月丹东市中心医院收治的130例血虚风燥型寻常型银屑病患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为研究组(65例)与对照组(65例),对照组患者单纯应用阿维A胶囊治疗,研究组患者在阿维A胶囊治疗的基础上联合应用紫丹银屑胶囊,对比观察两组患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-18、骨桥蛋白(OPN)水平以及银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分与临床疗效。结果治疗1、3个月时,研究组患者血清IL-17、IL-18、OPN水平均明显低于对照组(治疗1个月:t=3.680、5.135、2.899,P<0.001、P<0.001、P=0.004;治疗3个月:t=6.172、7.159、5.600,P均<0.001);治疗3个月时,研究组患者PASI评分明显低于对照组(t=5.029,P<0.001),临床疗效明显优于对照组(Z=-2.055,P=0.040)结论在阿维A胶囊治疗的基础上联合应用紫丹银屑胶囊可明显降低血虚风燥型寻常型银屑病患者的炎症反应程度,改善患者临床症状,疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Zidan Yinxie Capsules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of blood deficiency and wind dryness type.Methods 130 patients with psoriasis vulgaris of blood deficiency and wind dryness type,admitted to Dandong Central Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021,were enrolled as research subjects,and were divided into study group(n=65)and control group(n=65)using the random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with Acitretin Capsules alone,while the patients in the study group were treated with Acitretin Capsules plus Zidan Yinxie Capsules.The serum interleukin(IL)⁃17,IL⁃18,osteopontin(OPN)level,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results At month 1 and 3 of treatment,the levels of serum IL⁃17,IL⁃18,and OPN of patients in the study group were significantly lower compared with the control group(month 1 of treatment:t=3.680,5.135 and 2.899,P<0.001,P<0.001,P=0.004;month 3 of treatment:t=6.172,7.159 and 5.600,all P<0.001);at month 3 of treatment,the PASI score of patients in the study group was markedly lower than that in the control group(t=5.029,P<0.001),and the clinical efficacy was obviously better compared with the control group(Z=-2.055,P=0.040).Conclusion On the basis of applying Acitretin Capsules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of blood deficiency and wind dryness type,the combined application of Zidan Yinxie Capsules can significantly reduce the inflammatory response of patients,improve their clinical symptoms,and the therapeutic effect is definite.
