摘要
给予2017年9月重庆大学附属三峡医院收治的1例乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死患者局部创面采用创疡再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)治疗,治疗59 d时大部分创面愈合,患者出院;出院后继续应用MEBT/MEBO治疗25 d后创面完全愈合,愈后皮肤可见表浅瘢痕增生,患侧上肢功能正常。
One patient with flap necrosis after radical mastectomy,admitted into Chongqing University Three Gorges Hospital in September 2017,was treated with the regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers(MEBT/MEBO)for the local wound.The wound was basically healed on day 59 of treatment,and the patient was discharged from the hospital.The wound was completely healed after 25 days of continuous application of MEBT/MEBO after discharge,with superficial scar hyperplasia visible on the healed skin,and the functions of the affected upper limb were normal.
