摘要
目的:探讨肌内效贴在肌肉骨骼损伤康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年2月中南大学湘雅三医院收治的86例肌肉骨骼损伤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各43例。对照组行常规康复训练,试验组在对照组基础上加用肌内效贴。比较两组肌力评分、平衡能力、运动功能、炎性因子水平。结果:治疗后,试验组徒手肌力量表评分高于对照组,改良Ash-worth量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗后,试验组Berg平衡量表评分高于对照组,计时起立行走测试时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗后,试验组步宽、步长大于对照组,步速快于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗后,试验组血清肌酸激酶、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:肌内效贴用于组织骨骼损伤患者,可促进其运动功能恢复,减轻炎性反应,并恢复患者肌力。
Objective:To study the application effect of intramuscular patch in rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injury.Methods:A total of 86 patients with musculoskeletal injury admitted to the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the experimental group received intramuscular patch on the basis of the control group.The muscle strength score,balance ability,motor function and inflammatory factor levels in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,manual muscle testing score in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and modified Ashworth scale score in experimental group was lower than that in control group,with statistically significant difference(P=0.000).After treatment,Berg balance scale score in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the timed up and go test time in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,with statistically significant difference(P=0.000).After treatment,the step width,step length and step speed in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.000).The levels of serum creatine kinase and interleukin-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P=0.000).Conclusion:The application of intramuscular patch in the patients with musculoskeletal injury can promote the recovery of motor function,ameliorate inflammatory reaction and recover muscle strength.
