摘要
目的:分析电子计算机断层扫描(CT)与磁共振检查对小儿脑性瘫痪的诊断价值。方法:选取2020年7月—2021年10月成武县人民医院收治的74例小儿脑性瘫痪患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各37例。对照组给予CT检查,观察组给予磁共振检查。比较两组小儿脑性瘫痪检出率、病理学诊断结果、患病类型检出情况。结果:观察组小儿脑性瘫痪检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024 6)。两组脑积水、脑膜炎、脑缺血、脑白质异常诊断率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组漏诊率低于对照组,诊断准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振检查诊断小儿脑性瘫痪的整体价值更为突出,总体效果优于CT检查。
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of electronic computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance examination for cerebral palsy in children.Methods:From July 2020 to October 2021,74 children with cerebral palsy admitted to Chengwu County People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given CT examination,and the observation group was given magnetic resonance examination.The detection rate of pediatric cerebral palsy,pathological diagnosis results,and the detection of disease type in the two groups were compared.Results:The detection rate of pediatric cerebral palsy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0246).The diagnostic rates of hydrocephalus,meningitis,cerebral ischemia and white matter abnormalities between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The missed diagnosis rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the diagnostic accuracy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall value of magnetic resonance examination in the diagnosis of pediatric cerebral palsy is more prominent,and the overall effect is better than that of CT examination.
