摘要
目的:分析高场强磁共振成像(MRI)检查在膝关节半月板撕裂诊断中的价值。方法:选取2019年6月—2022年6月永州市第三人民医院收治的600例膝关节半月板撕裂患者作为研究对象,患者均接受临床确诊以及高场强MRI检查。比较高场强MRI与临床诊断检出情况,以及对半月板撕裂损伤严重程度与不同类型膝关节半月板撕裂的检出情况。结果:高场强MRI诊断准确率与临床诊断比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高场强MRI与临床诊断对半月板撕裂损伤0~3级的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高场强MRI诊断与临床诊断对垂直撕裂、水平撕裂、斜行撕裂、放射撕裂的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高场强MRI诊断膝关节半月板撕裂的效果显著,可显示膝关节撕裂部位具体情况,有利于制定适宜的治疗方案,改善患者预后。
Objective:To analyze the value of high-field magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of knee meniscus tear.Methods:A total of 600 patients with knee meniscus tear admitted to Yongzhou Third People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were clinically diagnosed and received high-field MRI examinations.The detection by high-field MRI and clinical diagnosis was compared.Meniscus tear injury severity and different types of knee meniscus tear detection were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in diagnostic accuracy between high-field MRI and clinical diagnosis(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of grades 0-3 meniscus tear injury between high-field MRI and clinical diagnosis(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rates of vertical tear,horizontal tear,oblique tear and radial tear between high-field MRI diagnosis and clinical diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of knee meniscus tear,the application of high-field MRI has a significant effect,it can display the specific situation of knee tear site,which is conducive to the formulation of appropriate treatment plan and improve the prognosis of patients.
