摘要
石油是现代工业的命脉,油田建设中采油工程方案设计对于中国石油安全供应具有关键性的作用,是中国经济发展的重要支柱。采油工程方案设计需要根据完井工程、采油方式、注水工艺、油层改造等方面的工程要求推进,确保采油工程方案设计能够有序有效地展开。其具体的价值作用主要体现在投资、开采成本、能源安全、风险性因素、设计能力等方面。除此以外,在工程方案设计中需要通过地质勘察、经济核算、环境考察等方式开展相应的工作,保证工程方案设计的科学性和合理性。
Oil is the lifeblood of modern industry.The design of oil production engineering plays a key role in the safe supply of oil in China,and is an important pillar of China’s economic development.The design of the oil production engineering scheme needs to be carried out from the aspects of well completion engineering,oil production mode,water injection process,and oil layer transformation,so as to ensure that the engineering scheme design can be carried out in an orderly and effective manner.Its specif ic value role is mainly reflected in the investment,mining cost,energy security,risk factors,integrity,construction progress,design ability and so on.In addition,in the project design needs through geological investigation,economic accounting,environmental investigation and other ways to carry out the corresponding work,to ensure the scientif ic and rational nature of the project design.
