摘要 矿井地质构造和瓦斯富集区时刻威胁矿井的安全生产,以山西锦兴能源有限公司肖家洼煤矿(以下简称“肖家洼煤矿”)陷落柱与瓦斯富集区典型隐蔽致灾因素普查及治理为例,提出了地质构造井上下联合精细化探测方法,即在地面和井下物探探测的基础上,通过井下钻探验证,圈定陷落柱的精准范围,查明含导水性,优化注浆治理技术工艺,对陷落柱进行有效的注浆治理,为矿井安全生产提供了地质保障。针对高强度开采条件下低瓦斯赋存导致的高瓦斯涌出问题,提出采中卸压与瓦斯抽采治理技术,即以顶板裂隙高位定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采为主、采空区埋管为辅,同时在工作面初采期和瓦斯赋存区补充高位钻孔针对性强化抽采,解决了13号煤层瓦斯涌出问题。 Geological structure and gas enrichment area constantly threat safety production of coal mine.Taking general survey and management of typical hidden disaster-causing factors in Xiaojiawa Coal Mine of Shanxi Jinxing Energy Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Xiaojiawa Coal Mine") for example,surface and underground combined refined detection method for geological structure is put forward.Based on surface and underground geophysical exploration,accurate scope and water conductivity of subsided column are found out through drilling exploration verification.Though optimized grouting treatment technology,effective grouting treatment has been carried out for the subsided column,providing geological guarantee for the safe production of the mine.In view of the problem of high gas emission caused by low gas occurrence with high intensity mining,the treatment technology of mining pressure relief and gas drainage is put forward.Taking gas drainage with directional long borehole in roof high-level fracture zone as the main treatment method,supplemented by buried pipes in goaf,combining with the targeted gas drainage with supplementary high-level borehole in initial mining stage and gas enrichment area,the problem of gas emission in No.13 coal seam is solved.The general survey and management method for typical hidden disaster-causing factors in geological structure and gas enrichment area provide an important reference for similar coal mine.
