摘要
鲁南高速铁路高上1号特大桥上跨京沪高速铁路施工难度较大,本文提出了一种支撑体系平移顶推与转体相结合的跨线桥施工方法。首先施工转体结构;然后进行顶推施工,在距离高速铁路30 m以外的工位搭设支撑体系,再顶推支撑体系至主墩区域进行梁体混凝土浇筑;最后进行转体施工,使主梁就位、全桥贯通。顶推和转体结合施工确保了桥梁顺利跨越京沪高速铁路,显著减轻了对既有线行车的干扰,降低了安全风险,缩短了工期。
The Gaoshang No.1 extra-long bridge of Lunan high speed railway is a flyover passing Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway,the construction is difficult.This paper presents a flyover construction method which combined incremental launching construction method using bracing system and rotation construction method together.Firstly,the bracing system and rotation structure was constructed 30 m away from the high speed railway.Secondly,the bracing system was incrementally launched to the main bridge pier area and concreting work followed.At last,rotation construction was implemeted then the whole bridge was completed.The combination of rotation construction method and incremental launching construction method guaranteed the bridge cross over Beijng-Shanghai high speed railway successfully,at the same time construction risk and existing line operation disturbance were diminished.
