摘要
“有故无殒,亦无殒也”首载于《黄帝内经》,指妊娠妇人罹患疾病,可酌情用药治疗,必要时亦可施以峻烈之品,无碍于母体、胎元。仲景在《金匮要略》中圆机活法,将此理论付诸实践,遵循打破成见、准确辨证,遣方用药、精准配伍,谨慎用量、中病即止,调养结合、安固胎元的原则,留下诸多传世经方。基于仲景关于“有故无殒,亦无陨也”的应用经验,对妊娠期甲状腺疾病的临床治疗展开分析,探究这一理论的内涵本质。
“Purging method for pregnant women with mass not damaging fetus”was first recorded in Huangdi Neijing.It refers to a pregnant woman suffering from a disease,which can be treated with medicine as appropriate,or with severe products if necessary,without affecting the mother and the fetus.In Synopsis of Golden Chamber,Zhongjing put this theory into practice,following the principles of breaking the prejudice,accurate syndrome differentiation,proper prescriptions and medication,precise compatibility,careful dosage,and stopping the medication when the disease is controlled,combination of regulating and recuperating,controlling fetal Yuan,with many classical prescriptions handed down from time to time.Based on the application experience of Zhongjing,the clinical treatment of thyroid disease in pregnancy is analyzed and the connotation and essence of this theory is explored.
