摘要
郁证的发病率高,患者群基数不断增大,致残率、致死率逐年上升,严重危害人类的身心健康,极度降低其生活质量,给家庭和社会带来沉重的经济和心理负担。目前上市的抗抑郁西药作用机制单一,治疗具有明显的个体差异,有一定的疗效限制,且部分药物存在明显的不良反应。中医学遵循“整体观念”的治疗原则,在精准辨证的前提下用药,具有疗效显著、不良反应少、个体化强和多层面作用发挥优势等特点,可明显改善患者的抑郁症状,具有抑制神经炎性损害、促进神经功能恢复,调节神经递质表达等药理作用。着重从中药单药、仲景经方等中医药现代研究概述,以期为治疗郁证提供一定的参考。
The incidence of depression is high,the patient base is increasing,the disability rate and mortality rate is increasing year by year,seriously endangering the human physical and mental health and quality of life,and bringing heavy economic and psychological burden to the family and society.At present,the listed antidepressant action mechanism of western drugs is single,the treatment has obvious individual differences,has certain efficacy restrictions,and some drugs have obvious adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine follows the treatment principle of"overall concept"and takes medicine under the premise of accurate and dialectical medicine.It has the characteristics of remarkable efficacy,less adverse reactions,strong individualized effect and multi-level role,which can significantly improve the depressive symptoms of patients,inhibit neuroinflammatory damage,promote neural function recovery,and regulate the expression of neurotransmtters.This paper focuses on the overview of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide some reference for the treatment of depression.
