摘要
何首乌为蓼科植物何首乌Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.的干燥块根。临床应用首载于唐朝,何首乌有两种药用形式,一是生首乌具有解毒、消痈、截疟、润肠通便的功效,用于治疗瘰疬疮痈、风疹瘙痒、肠燥便秘;二是制首乌具有补肝肾、益精血、强筋骨、乌须发,用于治疗腰膝酸软、血虚萎黄、眩晕耳鸣、须发早白。自古以来,何首乌是一味药食同源的中药,具有广泛的医疗和保健价值。近些年,何首乌及其制剂肝毒性的事件频频发生,何首乌肝毒性成为了临床应用和日常保健最棘手的问题。因此,认识肝毒性及解决肝毒性问题成为了重点。对何首乌的肝毒性进行归类分析,并且探讨何首乌古代炮制减毒的意图及现代炮制对何首乌肝毒性的影响和机制。
Heshouwu(Polygoni Multiflori Radix)is the dry tuber of Heshouwu(Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.).The first clinical application was in Tang Dynasty.There are two medicinal forms of Heshouwu(Polygoni Multiflori Radix).First,raw Heshouwu(Polygoni Multiflori Radix)has the effects of detoxification,carbuncle elimination,malaria interception and bowel smoothing.Second,processed Heshouwu(Polygoni Multiflori Radix)has the effect of nourishing liver and kidney,nourishing blood,strengthening muscles and bones,black hair and hair,used for the treatment of waist and knee sour and soft,blood defi⁃ciency and yellow,vertigo and tinnitus,early white hair and hair.Since ancient times,Heshouwu(Polygoni Multiflori Radix)is a traditional Chinese medicine with the same origin as food and medicine and has a wide range of medical and health care values.In recent years,hepatotoxicity of Heshouwu(Polygoni Multiflori Radix)and its preparations occurred frequently,and hepatotox⁃icity of Heshouwu(Polygoni Multiflori Radix)has become the most difficult problem in clinical application and daily health care.Therefore,it is important to understand and solve the problem of hepatotoxicity.In this paper,the hepatotoxicity of Heshouwu(Polygoni Multiflori Radix)was classified and analyzed,and the intention of ancient processing of attenuated Heshouwu(Polygo⁃ni Multiflori Radix)and the effect and mechanism of modern processing on hepatotoxicity were discussed.
