摘要
目的观察百麦安神龙骨牡蛎汤外敷内服治疗心脏神经官能症临床效果。方法研究纳入心脏神经官能症患者合计86例(2020年8月—2021年10月门诊及住院收治),以随机数字表方法将纳入的86例患者进行分组研究,分为对照组、观察组两组,各43例;对照组患者口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,观察组患者口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片结合百麦安神龙骨牡蛎汤外敷内服治疗,两组均治疗8周。数据观察:临床治疗疗效、心理情绪改善效果、治疗前后中医证候积分变化、血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(endothelium-dependent diastolic function,EDD)及血清炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF-α)及超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive c-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平变化、24 h心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)时域指标变化、心脏自主神经功能指标变化及不良反应。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率更高,心理情绪改善效果更佳(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者中医证候积分、EDD及TNF-α、hs-CRP水平、24 h心率变异性(HRV)时域指标及心脏自主神经功能指标比较,P>0.05,两组患者经治疗后中医证候积分、EDD及TNF-α、hs-CRP水平、24 h心率变异性(HRV)时域指标及心脏自主神经功能指标均好转,且观察组患者治疗后中医证候积分、EDD及TNF-α、hs-CRP水平、24 h心率变异性(HRV)时域指标及心脏自主神经功能指标比对照组更佳(P<0.05);两组患者均未发现不良反应。结论百麦安神龙骨牡蛎汤外敷内服治疗心脏神经官能症临床效果显著,安全可用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Baimai Anshen Longgu Muli Decoction(百麦安神龙骨牡蛎汤)in the treatment of cardiac neurosis.Methods A total of 86 patients with cardiac neurosis(outpatients and inpatients from August 2020 to October 2021)were enrolled in this study.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number ta⁃ble method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was orally treated with flupentixton melitoxin tablets,and the observa⁃tion group was orally treated with flupentixton melitoxin tablets combined with Baimai Anshen Longbone Muli Decoction for exter⁃nal application and internal administration.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Data observation:The clinical curative effect,the psychological mood improvement effect,TCM syndrome integral change before and after treatment,endothelium-dependent diastolic function(EDD)and serum levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),24 h heart rate variability(HRV)time domain index,cardiac autonomic nervous function index and adverse reactions were observed.Results Compared with that of the control group,the total effective rate of clinical treatment was higher in the observa⁃tion group,and the improvement effect of psychological mood was better(P<0.05).Before treatment,TCM syndrome score,EDD,levels of TNF-αand hs-CRP,24 h HRV time domain index and cardiac autonomic nerve function index of two groups were not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,EDD,levels of TNF-αand hs-CRP,24 h HRV time domain index and cardiac autonomic nerve function index were improved in two groups.After treatment,TCM syndrome score,EDD,levels of TNF-αand hs-CRP,24 h HRV time domain index and cardiac autonomic nerve function index in the observa⁃tion group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion Baim⁃ai Anshen Longgu Muli Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of cardiac neurosis.
