摘要
目的观察小儿热速清颗粒对急性上呼吸道感染患儿症状缓解及血清炎性指标的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将符合入选标准的100例急性上呼吸道感染患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予常规抗病毒药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予小儿热速清颗粒口服治疗。经连续治疗5 d,比较两组治疗前后中医证候分级量化积分(发热、便秘、鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽、咽痛)、完全退热率、血清炎性指标[超敏C-反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)]改善情况,并统计两组治疗总有效率,评价两组治疗方案的安全性。结果观察组总有效率为92.0%(46/50),显著高于对照组总有效率78.0%(39/50)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组各项中医证候分级量化积分,hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗以上指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组给药72 h后完全退热率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后血常规、便常规、尿常规、肾功能指标、肝功能指标、心电图均无明显异常,治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论小儿热速清颗粒联合西医基础治疗能够显著降低血清炎性指标水平,快速缓解临床症状,缩短发热病程,提高临床治疗效果,且安全性好。
Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoer Sureqing Granule(小儿热速清颗粒)on symptom relief and serum in⁃flammatory indexes in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 100 children with acute upper re⁃spiratory tract infection who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 ca⁃ses in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antiviral drugs,and the observation group was treated with Xi⁃aoer Sureqing Granule on the basis of the control group.After continuous treatment for 5 days,the quantitative scores of TCM syn⁃dromes(fever,constipation,nasal congestion,runny nose,cough and sore throat),complete fever reduction rate,serum inflammato⁃ry indexes[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The total effective rate of the two groups was counted and the safety of the two groups was evaluated.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.0%(46/50),which was signifi⁃cantly higher than 78.0%(39/50)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the grading and quantitative scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The above indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The anti⁃pyretic rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious ab⁃normalities in blood routine,stool routine,urine routine,renal function index,liver function index or ECG in the two groups before and after treatment,and there were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion Xiaoer Sureqing Granule com⁃bined with basic western medicine can significantly reduce the levels of serum inflammatory indexes,quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms,shorten the course of fever and improve the clinical treatment effect,which has good safety.
