摘要
目的探究乳癖散结胶囊配合川芎嗪注射液治疗乳腺增生病的疗效。方法80例乳腺增生患者均为医院2020年2月—2021年2月所收治,以随机数字表法将其分为研究1组与研究2组各40例,其中研究1组给予乳癖散结胶囊配合川芎嗪注射液治疗,研究2组仅进行川芎嗪注射液治疗,探讨实施不同方案对治疗效果的影响。结果在总有效率上,研究1组为95.00%(38/40),研究2组为80.00%(32/40),两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究对象治疗前肿块大小、症状疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究1组均低于研究2组(P<0.05)。研究1组3个月复发率2.50%、6个月复发率5.00%低于研究2组15.00%、20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组生活质量(QOL)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究对象均与干预前存在显著差异,治疗后研究1组QOL评分均高于研究2组(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺增生病采取乳癖散结胶囊配合川芎嗪注射液治疗后,能够改善患者疼痛情况,并降低临床复发率,疗效确切,值得应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Rupi Sanjie Capsules(乳癖散结胶囊)combined with ligustrazine hydrochloride injection treating mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods Eighty mammary gland hyperplasia patients treated from February 2020 to February 2021 in the hospital were selected.According to random number table,patients were divided into study group 1 and study group 2,40 cases in each group.The study group 1 was treated with Rupi Sanjie Capsules and ligustrazine hydrochloride in⁃jection.The study group 2 was treated with ligustrazine hydrochloride injection.The curative effects were probed.Results The total effective treatment rate in the study group 1(95.00%,38/40)was higher than that of the study group 2(80.00%,32/40),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,the lump size and pain scores between groups were not sig⁃nificantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,the lump size and pain scores in study group 1 were lower than those of the study group 2(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of the treatment,the recurrence rates in the study group 1(2.50%,5.00%)were low⁃er than those of the study group 2(15.00%,20.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,the quality of life(QOL)scores between two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).QOL scores of two groups before and after treatment were significantly different,but the related scores in the study group 1 were even higher than those in the study group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion Rupi Sanjie Capsules and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection have obvious effects for mammary gland hyperplasia patients,which can reduce the pain and recurrence rates.It is worthy of application.
