摘要
目的探讨益气排毒汤治疗气虚毒滞型带状疱疹的效果。方法选择2020年1月—2021年12月山西医科大学第二医院中医科、山西省人民医院皮肤科门诊60例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象。依据随机数字的方法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组使用西药口服的治疗方法(盐酸伐昔洛韦分散片+甲钴胺片),治疗组使用对照基础上口服益气排毒汤的治疗方法。对比两组患者的病程情况(水疱停止增加时间、病灶结痂时间、脱痂时间)。对比两组患者在治疗前、治疗后10 d、治疗后20 d、治疗后30 d的症状量化评分、疼痛情况(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分。对比两组患者治疗过程中的不良反应情况。对比两组患者的治疗10d的效果。对比两组患者治疗后6个月的带状疱疹后遗神经痛(post herpetic neuralgia,PHN)发生率。结果治疗组的水疱停止增加时间、病灶结痂时间、脱痂时间低于对照组(均P<0.05)。在治疗前、治疗后20 d、治疗后30 d,两组患者的症状量化评分、VAS评分的数据差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗组在治疗后10 d的症状量化评分、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗过程中的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。在治疗后10 d,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后6个月的PHN发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于气虚毒滞型带状疱疹患者,在对照组的基础上加服益气排毒汤治疗的方法同传统的西药口服治疗方法相比,可以明显的缩短病程,降低不良反应,提升疗效,缩短PHN的发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Paidu Decoction(益气排毒汤)treating herpes zoster with Qi deficiency and toxin stagnation.Methods Sixty patients with herpes zoster were selected from the department of traditional Chinese medicine of the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University and the outpatient department of dermatology of Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Western medicine(valaciclovir hydrochloride dispersible tablets+mecobal⁃amin tablets).The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Paidu Decoction on the basis of control.The disease course(the time of blister stop and increase,the time of focus scab and the time of scab removal)of the two groups was compared.The symptom quantitative score and pain[visual analysis scale(VAS)score]of the two groups were compared before treatment,10,20 and 30 days after treatment.The adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.The effect of treatment for 10 days was compared between the two groups.The incidence of post herpetic neuralgia(PHN)was compared between the two groups 6 months after treatment.Results The increase time of blister stop,scab formation time and scab removal time in the treat⁃ment group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom quantitative score or VAS score between the two groups before treatment,20 and 30 days after treatment(all P>0.05).The symptom quanti⁃tative score and VAS score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group 10 days after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).10 days after treat⁃ment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of PHN in the treatment group 6 months after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with her⁃pes zoster with Qi deficiency and toxin stagnation,the method of simultaneous interpreting with traditional Chinese medicine can obviously shorten the course of disease,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,enhance the curative effect and shorten the incidence of PHN.
