摘要
目的探讨益气升阳活血法指导中药方剂对伴随2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)牙周炎的疗效。方法选择2019年7月—2021年3月医院收治的110例伴随T2DM的牙周炎患者进行研究,采用随机双盲法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组55例,两组均接受牙周基础治疗,研究组在基础治疗的同时,给予益气升阳活血中药治疗,两组治疗时间均为1个月,比较两组患者治疗前后牙周指数包括牙周探测位点的平均探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、临床附着水平(clinical attachment level,CAL)、探诊出血指数(bleeding on probing,BOP),糖化血红蛋白(glycatedhemoglobinA1c,HbA1c)与超敏C反应蛋白(High sensitivity C-reactive protein,hsCRP),以及两组治疗前后血糖平均水平。结果治疗后两组各项牙周指数均低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),其中研究组PD、CAL和BOP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组HbA1c、hsCRP均低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),其中研究组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组空腹血糖均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气升阳活血法指导中药方剂对伴随T2DM的牙周炎患者效果显著,显著改善患者牙周指数及血糖水平,适合推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions on periodontitis associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)under the guidance of the method of nourishing Qi,raising Yang and activating blood circula⁃tion.Methods A total of 110 patients with periodontitis accompanied by T2DM who were admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to March 2021 were selected for study.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group with 55 cases in each group.Both groups received periodontal basic treatment.The study group was given Chinese medicine for nourishing Qi,raising Yang and activating blood circulation at the same time as the basic treatment.The treatment time of both groups was 1 month.Probing depth(PD),clinical attachment level(CAL),bleeding on probing(BOP),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and high-sen⁃sitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP)and the average blood glucose level before and after treatment in the two groups were ob⁃served.Results After treatment,the periodontal indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of PD,CAL and BOP in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels were lower than those before treatment in this group(P<0.05),and the levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of the study group was lower than that of the control group.group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine prescription under the guidance of the method of replenishing Qi,raising Yang and activating blood circulation has a significant effect on patients with periodontitis accompanied by T2DM,and can significantly improve the periodontal index and blood sugar level of patients,which is suitable for popularization and application.
