摘要
针刺独特的理论体系以及丰富的临床实践经验,为其在疼痛领域的应用提供了坚实的基础。针刺是治疗疼痛最常见的非药物疗法,其镇痛效应已在近年来逐渐获得国内外的认可。在众多影响针刺疗效的因素中,穴位的选择是决定镇痛效应的关键因素。以传统中医理论对人体部位的划分为基础,结合临床经验将疼痛分为头面痛、躯干痛、肢体痛和内脏痛,总结归纳了针刺治疗各部位疼痛的选穴规律,拟为今后针刺治疗疼痛提供可借鉴的思路和方法。
The unique theoretical system and rich clinical experience of acupuncture provide a solid foundation for its appli⁃cation in the field of pain.Acupuncture is the most common non-drug therapy for pain,and its analgesic effect has been gradu⁃ally recognized at home and abroad in recent years.The choice of acupoint is the key factor to determine the analgesic effect a⁃mong many factors that affect the curative effect of acupuncture.Based on the division of human body parts by traditional Chinese medicine theory and combined with clinical experience,the pain was divided into head and face pain,trunk pain,limb pain and visceral pain,and the selection of acupoints for the treatment of pain in each part was summarized,in order to provide ideas and methods for the future acupuncture treatment of pain.
