摘要
自新型冠状病毒感染(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)发生以来,中医药在抗疫实践中发挥了积极作用。在现今临床诊疗实践中,广大临床工作者已对其理论基础、证候特点、辨证方法、治法、用药等方面进行了深入探讨总结。但仍存在诸如理论创新不足、与临床实际结合程度不高;证候繁杂、传统辨证方法精准性欠缺等问题。通过目前公开发表的有关中医药防治COVID-19相关理论探讨和临床研究文献,对其病名、病因、证候、病机演变、治法、用药处方等方面进行总结,归纳现有不足,并提出证素辨证在COVID-19中医诊疗中具有一定优势,以期为临床工作者开阔思路。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has played an active role in anti-epidemic practice since the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).In the current practice of clinical diagnosis and treatment,the majority of clinical work⁃ers have conducted in-depth discussion and summary on its theoretical basis,syndrome characteristics,syndrome differentiation methods,treatment methods and medication.However,there are still problems such as insufficient theoretical innovation,low de⁃gree of combination with clinical practice,complex syndromes and lack of accuracy of traditional syndrome differentiation meth⁃ods.In this paper,through the published theoretical discussion and clinical research literatures on the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 by traditional Chinese medicine,the disease name,etiology,syndrome,pathogenesis evolution,treatment,medication prescription and the existing shortcomings are summarized,and it is proposed that syndrome element syndrome differentiation has certain advantages in the TCM diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in order to open up ideas for clinical workers.
