摘要
叶天士是新安医学代表性医家,温病学派奠基人,其辨治温、疫理论特色鲜明,提出湿秽致疫说,治疫重视轻解宣窍逐秽法与轻扬理上法;创立卫气营血辨证理论,是指导温热时邪外感疾病在不同阶段采取不同辨治方法的重要依据;提出小儿四时温病辨治理论,强调要根据不同季节的气候特点,结合儿童体质特征,制定不同的治疗策略;诊法上重视望舌验齿,通过舌齿查病情之轻重,断津液之存亡,测疾病之转归。叶天士的温、疫相关理论和儿科论治特色对时下新型冠状病毒感染儿童防治策略的制定具有一定的指导价值。
YE Tianshi is a representative physician of Xin'an medicine and the founder of the school of febrile diseases.YE Tianshi had distinctive academic thoughts on epidemic prevention.He put forward the theory of damp filth causing epidemic dis⁃eases.He attached great importance to the methods of clearing away the filth and releasing orifices,promoting the principle oflightlytreating epidemic diseases.He founded the theory of syndrome differentiation of Wei-Qi-Ying-Blood.The theory of syndrome differentiation of Wei-Qi-Ying-Blood is an important basis for guiding the treatment of febrile diseases at different stages.YE Tianshi put forward the theory of treating children's febrile diseases according to the characteristics of the four seasons.He emphasized that different treatment strategies should be formulated according to the climate characteristics of different seasons and the physical characteristics of children.He attached importance to the diagnosis of diseases by looking at the tongue and checking the teeth.He believes that by checking the tongue and teeth,we can judge the severity of the disease and the amount of body fluid and predict the outcome of the disease.YE Tianshi's epidemic theory and children's treatment characteristics have cer⁃tain guiding value for the formulation of prevention and control strategies for novel coronavirus infection in children.
