摘要
目的初步研究刺蒴麻的抗炎镇痛药效。方法按完全随机数字表法将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、刺蒴麻水提液高、中、低剂量组,阳性对照组,采用化学刺激剂二甲苯均匀涂抹在小鼠耳郭两面诱发耳郭肿胀的急性炎症模型,探究刺蒴麻水提液的抗炎效应,采用热板刺激小鼠足爪致痛和腹腔注射醋酸刺激小鼠腹膜导致扭体致痛的疼痛模型探究刺蒴麻水提液的镇痛药效。结果高、中、低各剂量组的刺蒴麻水提液,给药后对小鼠耳郭涂抹化学刺激剂二甲苯诱发的急性炎症表现耳郭肿胀抑制均明显,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对热板刺激小鼠足爪致痛引发的痛阈值增加均明显,相较于正常对照组以及自身给药前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对腹腔注射醋酸刺激小鼠腹膜引发的扭体反应次数减少也均明显,相比于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论刺蒴麻水提液具有明显减轻化学刺激剂二甲苯诱发的小鼠耳郭肿胀,对热板刺激小鼠足爪的痛阈值增加明显,对小鼠腹腔注射醋酸刺激腹膜引发的扭体反应次数减少明显,具有良好的抗炎镇痛药效。
Objective To preliminarily explore the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of triumfetta rhomboidea water extract.Methods According to the complete random number table method,the mice were randomly divided into normal control group,high,medium and low doses groups of triumfetta rhomboidea water extract and positive control group.The acute inflammation model of auricle swelling induced by chemical stimulant xylene on both sides of the auricle in mice was used to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of triumfetta rhomboidea water extract.The pain models in mice caused by using hot plate and acetic acid writhing were used to investigate the analgesic effect of high,medium,low doses of triumfetta rhomboidea water extract.Results After administration,high,medium and low doses of triumfetta rhomboidea water extract could significantly inhibit acute inflammation auricle swelling by chemical reagent xylene in mice,compared with the normal control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The pain threshold of mice caused by hot plate stimulation was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)compared with the normal control group and the before self administration.And the writhing times with acetic acid was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)compared with the normal control group after extract administration.Conclusion Triumfetta rhomboidea water extract could significantly inhibit the auricle swelling with chemical reagent xylene in mice,and also significantly increase the pain threshold of mice induced by hot plate stimulation,significantly reduce the writhing times with acetic acid,and had good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
