摘要
基于铣削动力学运动方程,分析了影响变截面铣刀系统稳定性的参数,并且对该系统稳定性的预测做了实验验证。研究表明,通过提高模态刚度、固有频率和阻尼比等参数,可以有效提高变截面铣刀系统的稳定性。最后,通过模态实验和铣削实验验证了刀柄颤振的稳定性。结果表明,轴向切深越大,工件表面形貌越粗糙。
Based on the milling dynamic motion equation,the influencing parameters of the stability of the milling cutter system are analyzed,and the prediction of the stability of the milling cutter system is verified by experiments.The research shows that the stability of the milling cutter system can be effectively improved by improving the parameters such as modal stiffness,natural frequency and damping ratio.Finally,the modal test and milling test are carried out to verify the stability of tool holder chatter.The experiment shows that the appropriate cutting parameters can be selected by constructing the stable lobe diagram to realize low chatter machining.The stability of these machining systems can be improved by guiding the theoretical analysis of chatter.
